CEDAW Shadow Report: Training and Information Session

It’s time for Australia to report to the UN on our progress under the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) and we want your voice to be heard.
Join us for an online training session on 16 April 2024, from 12pm – 1pm AEST. This session will teach you about CEDAW, why it’s important to women and gender diverse people in Australia and how to get involved in using it.
This training session is being run by by Women with Disability Australia, Equality Rights Alliance, and National Women’s Safety Alliance.
The training is available to anyone who wants to join, including people of all genders and no gender.
If you can’t join us, we will be recording the session, so RSVP here anyway and we will send you a link to the recording when it’s ready. If you want to join us but don’t want to be visible on a recording, feel free to keep your camera off and change your zoom name to an alias (pick a cool one!).
