Women Changing the Climate Workshop — Actions that Change the System

In the WCC we know that even with a great big picture vision for ‘women changing the climate’ and the WCC Charter for Change as a guiding principle, it can be hard to answer the question ‘What can I do?’
This workshop aims to help us design meaningful actions that genuinely shift how the whole system works. Together we will explore:
- how systems behave & where to intervene in them
- actions that target root causes, not just symptoms
- future thinking to act where it matters most to create real change.
- getting started and influencing others.
The workshop will be led by our Steering Circle member Dr Leila Alem who is an experienced workshop coach for systems thinking and innovation and is ‘on a mission to advance sustainability & equality through responsible innovations and systems change’.
