Online Citizen Assembly: Your Response to Nuclear Power Stations
April 24 - April 26
$15 – $20
In the lead-up to the May Federal election Conversation at the Crossroads are inviting Australians to respond to the Coalition’s plan to build seven nuclear power stations by 2050.
About
In this first online Citizen Assembly pilot, our intention is to consider the proposal made by the Coalition parties to build seven nuclear power plants across Australia.
This will be our most ambitious attempt yet to bring a significant number of Australians sharing a wide range of views to consider an issue of major importance to our common future.
To participate in the Online Citizen Assembly you must attend both the small group discussion (1 hour) and the plenary session where the small groups come together (1.5 hours).
