Protest the SIA Submarine Manufacturer Conference!
The Submarine Institute of Australia is holding its biennial conference on 5th November at the Hotel Realm in Barton. There will be a focus on AUKUS and the nuclear powered subs.
ACT Network Opposing War has organised a protest outside the Hotel Realm to show our opposition to the AUKUS agreement.
A peaceful protest is planned from 8am, when registrants for the conference will be arriving, and there will be a rally at 10.30am with speakers ( including Sue Wareham or Sue Baglow from MAPW). The rally is timed to coincide with Richard Marle’s presentation at the conference
