Raising Peace Festival: September 8 – September 22

The Raising Peace online peace festival returns to celebrate the International Day of Peace for 2024.

This year our events run from 8-22 September, the centerpiece being our hosting of the Australian section of World Beyond War’s international peace conference: #NoWar2024: Resisting the USA’s Military Empire.

Most of our festival is online – but #NoWar is a paid event which you can attend in person in Sydney or stream online. #NoWar attendees will also be able to tune into other sessions of that conference across the weekend – streaming from Germany, Colombia and the USA. During the rest of the Raising Peace festival we will bring you a series of speakers and workshops discussing the ever more important topic of how we can contribute to a peaceful world. Descriptions of each event are in the agenda above or on our website.

With the exception of the #NoWar2024 event, all Raising Peace Festival events are free to attend, but we welcome donations to support our work. You can donate when you book tickets or via our website here.
