Yes23 Follow Up Event – What Happens Next?

You may remember that soon after the referendum the Yes23 Team mentioned that there’ll be a discussion on Sunday 26 November about continuing to be part of whatever comes next after the Voice campaign.
The purpose of the meeting is to start identifying how to ‘keep our engines warm’ for when national Indigenous leaders decide the next steps. It’s organised by the conveners of the Yes campaign in the electorate of Bean but is open to all – it would be great see lots of Fenner and Canberra Central supporters there too.
We’ll hear from Aunty Violet Sheridan, local First Nations people, ANTAR ACT and Active Democracy Bean about what’s happening locally and how we can help take this forward. Then we’ll do a group exercise to surface our next steps. It will be an exciting afternoon!
