The Australian Heritage Festival

For more than 40 years the National Trust has connected the nation in its celebration of our heritage with the Australian Heritage Festival – the country’s largest festival that celebrates built, natural and cultural heritage.
The National Trusts of Australia work in partnership with organisations across sectors – specific to the unique flavour of the festival in each state and territory – to bring the Australian Heritage Festival to life each year, offering the Australian public the opportunity to participate in state-wide events, walks, talks, performances and more that showcase our country’s rich and diverse heritage.
