A Spiritual Approach to Building Peace & Reconciliation

We are all invited to an interesting talk about the current situation in Sri Lanka by the Venerable Galkande Dhammananda, who will give us his views about this and the options for solution. The title of the session is : “A spiritual approach to building peace and reconciliation”.

Venerable Galkande Dhammananda is a Sri Lankan national and a monk of the Theravada Buddhist tradition.  He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Walpola Rahula Foundation Trust and the Executive Director of the Walpola Rahula Institute.  The Institute offers educational and training programs for religious leaders and lay persons with an aim to support social healing.
