Silver Wattle is once again hosting international presenter Paul Buckley (USA) to lead a webinar on Quaker Testimony – Beyond the Basics.
What does it mean to be a Quaker? How is the spiritual vitality of the Religious Society of Friends?
Join these online sessions to explore Quaker spiritual and social testimony beyond “SPICES.” We will start with the origins of Quaker witness and examine how it changed and evolved. Then examine its contemporary expressions and the difficulties these can create. Participants will gain a better understanding of what it means to testify both as individuals and as a religious community.
There will be two Zoom sessions: 12th and 19th November from 12:00 to 1:30 pm Silver Wattle time (AEDT). Limit 40 people (last time there were 52 registered, so get in early).
